Vilambinaganar was the poet who wrote this.  He belonged to A.D.750.

நாம் எந்த இடத்தில் பயந்து இருக்கவேண்டுமோ அந்த இடத்தில் பயந்து இருக்க வேண்டும்.மற்றையவர்கட்கு செய்யப்படும் உதவியானது குறை பாடில்லாமல் இருக்கவேண்டும். சொல்லப்படும் நியாயமானது மனமறிந்து சொல்லப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.அடைக்கலமாக நம்மிடம் சேர்ந்துவிட்ட ஒன்றின்மீது சந்தேகம் கொண்டு ஆராயும் முறைமை ஆகாது. இவை யாவும் சான்றோர் கொள்ளும் வழிமுறைகளாம்..
